Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Early experience in manufacturing or strong potential demonstrated through academic or practical projects.
• Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes using Statistical Process Control methodologies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Define, implement, and maintain process settings and standards such as centerlining and CIL practices.
• Lead root cause analysis and standardization initiatives to sustainably enhance production outcomes.
• Conduct technical gap analyses and act as the process and technology expert within your area.
• Translate production data into actionable insights, priorities, and improvement plans for teams.
• Train and coach production teams to ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Contribute to product/material development and project implementation using Design for Six Sigma methodologies.
