Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Early experience in manufacturing or strong project work.
• Strong analytical and technical understanding of machinery, processes, and data.
• Effective communicator with cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize production processes using Statistical Process Control methodologies to improve efficiency and performance
• Define, implement, and maintain process settings and standards such as centerlining and CIL practices
• Lead root cause analysis and standardization initiatives to sustainably enhance production outcomes
• Conduct technical gap analyses and act as the process and technology expert within your area
• Translate production data into actionable insights, priorities, and improvement plans for teams
• Train and coach production teams to ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and best practices
• Contribute to product/material development and project implementation using Design for Six Sigma methodologies
