Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd is seeking a Process Excellence Graduate to help establish and develop Business Process Management across the organisation, converting working practices into clear, controlled documentation.

You will map operational processes, work with subject-matter experts, maintain records in the BPM platform, and contribute to governance reviews while driving continuous improvement toward independent process ownership, with flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in business/operations/engineering/quality/continuous improvement/data analytics.
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and ability to document information clearly.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to engage with operational teams.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and structured data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support the establishment and development of BPM across the organisation.
• Capture, map and document operational processes, converting practices into clear documentation.
• Work with subject-matter experts and teams to improve process visibility and standardisation.
• Maintain process information and support the BPM platform administration, reporting and governance.
• Contribute to compliance traceability, audit readiness and continuous improvement toward independent process ownership.
