Red Engine is seeking a highly organised Business Process Manager to support planning, process mapping and governance across our venues and teams. You will drive process improvements, automation and data visualisation initiatives, collaborating with the Head of Programme and multiple departments.

The role focuses on documenting workflows, enabling accountability, and delivering structured, scalable processes that enhance performance and customer experience across our growing hospitality concepts.

• Proven experience in process management and optimisation across different business functions.
• Experience using AI tools to drive efficiencies.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Structured and process-driven with attention to documenting and improving workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels of the organisation.

• Lead process mapping workshops with key stakeholders to optimise workflows.
• Design and implement process improvements, including automation and data visualisation.
• Provide training and ongoing support on implemented changes to teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and govern planning processes.
• Manage project timelines, risks and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
