Job summary

Gravity Media is seeking a dedicated Business Systems & Process Improvement specialist to support the development, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of our business systems and processes. You will work with business and technical teams to ensure practical, well-documented, and consistently applied methods across the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 applications and learning new systems.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail in testing, documentation and issue tracking.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or process governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and maintenance of process maps, procedures, work instructions and user guides.
• Analyse existing processes and systems to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to global system implementations and enhancements with project activities.
• Create clear documentation and training materials for system adoption.
• Support testing and UAT, prepare test scenarios, record results and track issues.
• Document requirements with business leads and translate into practical solutions.
• Assist with rollouts, communications, training and adoption activities.
• Support ISO 9001 activities and maintain process documentation.
