GSK is seeking a DSD-based engineer to develop and deliver state-of-the-art processes supporting medicines development. The role is rooted in R&D laboratories, collaborating with chemists and material scientists to build robust scale-up strategies for future manufacturing.

You will integrate digital data, analytics, and engineering principles to drive process development and technology transfer for clinical to commercial manufacturing. Relocation plans are described in the posting.

Qualifikationen

• BSc/BEng/Masters or PhD in Process/Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical plant or lab environment.

Aufgaben

• Design and conduct scale-up/down experiments across chemical engineering unit operations.
• Optimize engineering solutions and de-risk scale-up processes.
• Analyse results and present conclusions at internal R&D meetings.
• Contribute to technology-transfer activities with manufacturing partners.
• Use digital data and analytics to inform process-development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Data Integrity, cGMP and safety in the lab.
