The role works closely with Operations, Planning, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to identify process improvement opportunities, implement solutions, and drive operational excellence across the business.## Key Responsibilities### Process Improvement* Analyse existing operational processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.* Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve service levels.* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.* Support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other improvement methodologies.* Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.### Data Analysis & Reporting* Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and performance gaps.* Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.* Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.* Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning assessments.### Project Management* Lead and support process improvement and operational excellence projects.* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes.* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.* Support business expansion, automation, and system implementation projects.### Quality & Compliance* Ensure operational processes comply with company standards, health and safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.* Participate in audits and process reviews.* Support the implementation of quality management and continuous improvement frameworks.### Training & Stakeholder Management* Train employees and managers on new processes and best practices.* Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to drive process improvements.* Provide ongoing support and guidance to operational teams during process changes.## Qualifications & Experience### Essential* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.* Experience in process engineering, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a similar role.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools.* Experience mapping processes and implementing operational improvements.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.### Desirable* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent qualification.* Experience within logistics, warehousing, e-commerce, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.* Knowledge of WMS, ERP, LMS, or operational management systems.* Experience using Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools.*At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
