Job Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience in Continuous Cold Roll Bonding of Aluminium alloys to Low Carbon Steel. The role involves process monitoring and providing technical support to ensure the efficient operation of Bimetal Bonding and Inspection processes.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Monitor and measure processes to identify positive or negative trends and implement best practices.
2. Ensure production practices follow existing process controls.
3. Manage small to medium scale projects, including process development and equipment upgrades.
4. Verify and validate process changes.
5. Own and update Standard Operating Procedures and Production Control Plans.
6. Prepare technical specifications.

Your Skills & Experience

• Mechanical engineering degree (desired).
• Experience in Cold Roll Bonding (desired).
• At least 2 years of Process Engineer experience (desired).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D CAD software.
• Broad knowledge of processing strip materials such as rolling, annealing, and machining.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong team player capable of supporting Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams.
