Are you a proactive and passionate Process Development professional with a knack for turning kitchen concepts into factory-ready success stories?

I’m currently working on an exciting opportunity with a market-leading chilled food manufacturer based in Warminster—a business known for its innovation, high standards, and sustainability focus.

What’s the Role?

You’ll be at the heart of bringing new products to life—leading projects from concept through to launch, ensuring operational efficiency, food safety, and commercial success. Working closely with NPD, Technical, Ops, and Commercial teams, you'll ensure launches land right first time.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Leading product trials and launches
• Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Supporting capital projects and technical documentation
• Collaborating on allergen, QA, and HACCP standards
• Delivering cross-functional training and SOPs

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Food Technology or similar
• 2+ years in a process/NPD role in food manufacturing
• Strong project management and cross-functional skills
• Working knowledge of HACCP, food law, and industry standards
