About the Company

Duplex is a well-established supplier of high-quality commercial and industrial cleaning machines. We're known for our premium products, expert training, and excellent customer service. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in generating new machine sales, which drive the business.

About the Role

We’re seeking a self-driven, skilled sales professional! This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager based in the north of England. You will be an experienced, successful salesperson, capable of building and maintaining relationships, identifying needs, and achieving positive outcomes. You will manage your pipeline using our CRM system, account manage our dealer network in the north of England and Scotland, and represent the company at relevant events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate our range of high-quality cleaning machines to clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, research market trends, create sales strategies, negotiate deals, forecast revenue, and drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market share.

Qualifications

  • Business development, sales, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the cleaning industry or related field is preferable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Ability to build and maintain product and industry knowledge
