Qualifications

• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritise.
• Understanding of food manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage project PD activity to meet milestones and launches.
• Provide product knowledge and customer insight to ensure alignment with requirements and financial targets.
• Design, test and refine new product concepts from feasibility through implementation.
• Lead feasibility meetings and keep site teams informed and action-oriented.
• Oversee PD team through implementation, tracking progress and solving scale-up issues.
