Job summary

Greencore, based in Wisbech, is hiring a Product Development Manager on a 12 month fixed-term contract to lead the Italian ready meals portfolio for the Sainsbury's account.

You will drive bold new ideas from spark to shelf, manage multiple projects at pace, and work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver the future of food agenda. Experience in food manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product development within food manufacturing.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple briefs and critical path.
• Confident, collaborative communicator capable of influencing at all levels.

• Taking ownership of development briefs from concept to launch, on-time delivery.
• Managing the critical path and driving progress across multiple workstreams.
• Building and maintaining a strong collaborative relationship with customers, technologists and buyers.
• Bringing strategic insight and forward-thinking to future development plans.
• Encouraging innovation, creativity, and excellence in every product delivered.
• Leading with influence and ensuring clarity and momentum across the team.
