Job summary

Greencore Group is seeking a Process Development Manager to lead the PD agenda across projects, ensuring timely launches and strong collaboration with customers and internal teams. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, sustainable products and robust feasibility studies.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scale-up trials, and drive margin-aligned product development while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality, sustainable commercial products.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Customer-focused with good relationships with customers.
• Desirable: degree in a food-related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all PD project activity to meet schedules and launch dates.
• Provide product knowledge and customer insight to the category team.
• Develop and test new product concepts through design to launch.
• Lead feasibility meetings and ensure updates are communicated.
• Oversee PD team during implementation and scale-up trials.
• Ensure margin targets align with the brief.
• Build and maintain customer relationships as contact point.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments.
• Coach the team to maximise performance and growth.
