Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Process Development Engineer / Senior Technologist for a rapidly growing manufacturer in Bridgwater, Somerset. You will oversee taking new products from concept through to full-scale production, ensuring safe, efficient and scalable processes for commercial manufacture.

You will bridge R&D and Operations, drive process improvements, pilot trials and scale-up projects, and play a key role in product development.

Qualifications

• Process/Manufacturing engineer with experience in textiles, polymers, fibres or similar manufacturing.
• Experience in product scale-up, pilot trials or process optimisation.
• Willing to relocate to Bridgwater or commutable.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development, pilot trials and scale-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency.
• Act as bridge between R&D and Operations.
• Ensure processes are safe, efficient and scalable for production.
