Job summary

Lead Process Engineer - Medical Technology Manufacturing Scale-Up South Wales (remote, with frequent travel to their manufacturing location in South/West Wales) £50-60,000 base salary An innovative medical technology company is entering an exciting new phase, transitioning from product development into manufacturing scale-up. With a groundbreaking product approaching commercialisation and production operations being expanded in South Wales, we are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in industrialising manufacturing and shaping the future of production. The Role

As Lead Process Engineer, you will lead the establishment, optimisation and validation of manufacturing processes required to support product launch and ongoing production growth. Working closely with engineering and operations teams, you will help build robust, efficient and repeatable manufacturing systems capable of supporting commercial-scale production.
