Job summary
Babcock, a global FTSE 100 organisation, is seeking a Business Analyst to shape digital engineering and transformation across UK programmes. You’ll analyse engineering software applications, with a focus on PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
Working with stakeholders, developers and analysts, you will define requirements, maintain backlogs and support Agile delivery, contributing to efficiency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience with PLM applications, especially 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Business analysis with requirements, systems design and application support.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories that meet INVEST.
- Experience maintaining and refining product backlogs.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and translate into effective system solutions.
- Support and enhance PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritise product backlogs and support Agile delivery.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across engineering software applications and business processes.
