Job summary

Principle HR in London is seeking a Supply Chain Process Analyst to map complex processes for IT Asset Management, write SOPs, and drive improvements. The role blends process design with data-driven insights and an emphasis on AI automation for asset handling across a global workforce.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with on-site collaboration and remote tasks, and have ownership of end-to-end process initiatives from scoping to measurement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience writing SOPs from scratch and ensuring adoption.
• Proficient in process mapping using Visio or Lucid, or similar tools.
• Comfort pulling data, selecting key metrics and explaining insights.
• Capacity to manage 2–3 projects with shifting priorities.
• Bonus: IT asset management, reverse logistics, Lean/Six Sigma, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Map processes, write SOPs, and pitch improvements with stakeholders.
• Drive AI automation projects and device returns programmes.
• Oversee end-of-life disposal and resale processes.
• Handle regional operational tickets and cross-functional requests.
• Pull data, build reports, and present metrics to the team.
