Join us as a Process Assurance Lead at SNG (Sovereign Network Group)

We are seeking a dedicated Process Assurance Lead to join our Business & Process Architecture team at SNG, based in Basingstoke. This role offers a mix of office and home working, with some travel to other offices as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a process assurance framework aligned with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Conducting process reviews, audits, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and controls.
• Promoting awareness and training stakeholders on process assurance principles.
• Driving continuous improvement and industry best practices in process management.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Experience in developing and embedding process and controls assurance frameworks.
• Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) principles, frameworks (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma), and process modelling tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, ISO 27001.
• Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
