Job description

We are partnered with a well-established, value-led organisation seeking a Strategic Process Assurance Lead to join the Business and Process Architecture team. The role focuses on ensuring the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes across the organisation.

The Key Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing a process assurance framework to embed proper process design, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence.
2. Working with cross-functional teams to conduct process audits and monitor compliance.
3. Identifying opportunities for process improvements.

The Essential Skills required are:

• Experience in BPM, continuous improvement methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, APQ).
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with GRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of change management principles.
