Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide effective line management to a diverse team including Treatment Managers, Facilitators and Administrators.
• Ensure interventions are delivered per programme manuals and audit standards.
• Oversee resource use, staff rotas and contingency planning for continuity of delivery.
• Promote Accredited Programmes and ensure access to information about programmes.
• Maintain quality standards and manage poor performance and complaints to minimise risk.
• Prepare annual team plans and respond to multi-agency public protection duties.
• Drive changes and develop new services within available resources.
