Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a regionally based Programme Manager reporting to the Head of Programmes for their region. You will implement and manage the strategic direction and delivery of Accredited Programmes, Structured Interventions and Senior Attendance Centres for people on probation.

You will lead a mobile dispersed team, allocate resources, work with partner agencies, ensure health and safety and scheduling arrangements, and drive quality and performance within the Interventions

Responsibilities

• Provide effective line management and leadership to a diverse region-based team.
• Ensure interventions are delivered in line with programme manuals and audit standards.
• Oversee resource allocation, risk management and contingency planning for continuity of delivery.
• Promote Accredited Programmes, Structured Interventions and SAC and ensure stakeholders have access to clear information.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and robust multi-agency collaboration across the region.
