Job summary

CRA Consulting is recruiting a Probate Solicitor/Fee Earner for a hybrid role across Manchester and other locations. The package includes £40,000 - £65,000 plus a bonus and a permanent, full-time contract.

You will manage probate cases end-to-end with AI-enabled processes and a case management system, communicating with clients by phone and email. The firm supports career growth, offers a strong tech-enabled environment, and provides hybrid working with 1-2 office days per week.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or legal executive in private practice (CILEX or STEP) or equivalent probate experience.
• Ability to manage a varied probate caseload with initiative and organisation.
• Client-focused with the ability to build relationships remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a own caseload of probate cases from start to finish with AI-enabled tools.
• Use the case management system to record information accurately.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Collaborate with expert support and admin to develop your skills.
• Mentor junior team members using your legal knowledge.
