Sellick Partnership (Legal) Limited is seeking a Senior Probate Solicitor to join a market-leading firm on a permanent basis in a hybrid role based in Manchester. You will manage your own caseload of taxable probate matters, support junior staff, and engage with clients by telephone to provide an excellent service.

The role offers up to £70,000 DoE, annual bonus, pension contributions, well-being benefits, and a clear career progression path.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor / Legal Executive or equivalent (STEP qualification will be considered)
• Experience conducting probate matters in private practice or in-house setting
• Ability to prioritise workloads and strong client care skills
• No need for business development, the name sells itself!

Responsibilities

• Handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters varying in complexity
• Work collaboratively across the team and support junior members of staff
