Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive (STEP qualification will be considered).
• Probate experience in private practice or in-house setting.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and strong client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own caseload of taxable probate matters varying in complexity.
• Work collaboratively across the team and support junior members of staff.
• Engage with clients by telephone and provide an excellent customer experience.
