• Experience in inbound sales or advisory roles.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Experience in probate or legal services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and email enquiries with clear guidance.
• Manage quotations, follow-ups and records in HubSpot.
• Learn Grant Only and Full Administration services.
• Conduct initial consultations to identify the right service.
• Explain service options and fees clearly.
• Qualify Full Administration enquiries for closing call.
