Job summary

JP Corry is recruiting a Proactive TeleSales Executive for the Bangor branch. You will build strong relationships with new and existing customers, support the Internal Sales team, and help deliver the right products and solutions while contributing to branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer accounts (new and existing) by understanding needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues, key account managers and suppliers to support sales opportunities.
• Contribute to branch targets, including sales volume, margin and profitability.
• Maintain accurate stock control and order processing systems.
• Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience through professional communication.
• Support compliance with health, safety and company policies.
• Carry out additional duties to support the wider team and business.
