Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a reliable School Caretaker for a busy secondary school in Sevenoaks. This is a full-time, permanent position starting as soon as possible, with responsibilities to keep the site safe, secure, clean and well maintained.

The successful candidate will work with the site team and senior leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and create a positive environment for students and staff. DBS check is required and right to work in the UK is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous caretaker, site assistant, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and health & safety.
• Hands-on, practical approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
