Job summary

Severn Trent Water in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Schedule & Delivery Technician to keep field operations on time and right first time across the region. You’ll liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, and customers to schedule emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.

Based at the Raynesway site, you will work 37 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, joining a team that values initiative and clear communication to deliver reliable

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, local planning authorities, and customers to schedule emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.
• Jeopardy manage workflow and redistribute work daily as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensure real-time workflows meet service levels and Key Performance Indicators.
