Job summary

Severn Trent Water in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Schedule & Delivery Technician to keep field operations on time and right first time across the region. You’ll liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, and customers to schedule emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.

Based at the Raynesway site, you will work 37 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, joining a team that values initiative and clear communication to deliver reliable

  • Ensure real-time workflows meet service levels and Key Performance Indicators.

Our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team here at Severn Trent is a critical part of our Field and Contact Centre Operations and we’re recruiting a Schedule & Delivery Technician to join the team on a permanent basis.

So, what do Schedule & Delivery Technicians do, I hear you ask? They’re responsible for making sure our field operations in Water and Waste are on time and right first time, across the region! Sounds important right?

As a Schedule & Delivery Technician you’ll liaise with external suppliers, field managers, operatives, the local planning authorities, and customers to schedule crucial emergency and planned repair, renewal, and installation works.

You’ll jeopardy manage our workflow, redistributing work in a day as priorities and service levels change to meet customer and business need. Plus, you’ll make sure that we’re meeting customer expectations and targets by managing the real time workflows against service levels and Key Performance Indicators.

In this role, you'll be based at our Raynesway site where you’ll work 37 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday - Friday.
