Job summary

A-SAFE UK in Halifax, Elland is seeking a Technical Services Administrator to support UK sales and operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries tracked, and issues resolved. • Previous experience in an administration, order processing, sales support, or customer service coordination role.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with keen attention to detail.
• Proactive approach with ability to chase information and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor delivery dates and provide proactive updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure correct information capture.
• Maintain and update information across CRM and ERP systems.
• Liaise with Sales, Technical Services and Operations to keep activity progressing.
• Manage multiple priorities and own workload to prevent missed actions.
