Job summary

Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester, United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Onboarding Advisor to guide new contractors from registration through activation, balancing care, compliance and commercial awareness.

You will make proactive outbound calls, explain Right to Work and onboarding requirements, maintain CRM records, and help customers progress toward activation and KPI targets. This role offers uncapped bonus potential and a supportive team in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or onboarding.
• Ability to explain compliance and onboarding requirements clearly.
• Organised, proactive and KPI-driven.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up actions.
• Fast learner with teamwork, feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and provide clear, timely guidance throughout registration and onboarding.
• Make proactive outbound contact, follow up outstanding actions and remove barriers to activation.
• Explain identity, Right to Work, compliance and onboarding requirements in clear language.
• Take ownership of onboarding cases, maintain accurate CRM records and keep customers informed of progress.
• Introduce Workwell Plus and Care Packages where they provide a genuine customer benefit.
• Work towards agreed customer, quality, compliance and conversion KPIs.
• Support a smooth onboarding journey from initial enquiry to activation.
