Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, hauliers and logistics partners.
• Confirm and plan customer deliveries in line with customer requirements and business priorities.
• Manage third-party logistics activities, including monitoring ETAs and booking delivery slots.
• Support the accurate management of sales and purchase contracts.
• Monitor logistics partner performance and drive service improvements.
• Collaborate with Trading, Planning and Administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
