Job summary

Faculty Science Limited is seeking a proactive Business Technology Analyst to join the IT support team. You’ll be the first line of contact for technical issues and gain hands-on experience in security and strategic IT projects.

You’ll diagnose Level 1 issues, onboard new staff, and collaborate with engineers to maintain high standards of technical excellence. This role offers growth in a fast-growing environment with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or equivalent foundational understanding of networks and security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries and triage end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve Level 1 software and hardware issues.
• Onboard new employees by configuring devices and software.
• Collaborate with the workplace team to support in-office technology needs.
• Take ownership of IT projects and improve internal systems.
• Document technical processes and research findings for the knowledge base.
