Faculty is seeking a proactive Business Technology Analyst to join our IT support team. You’ll ensure colleagues have the technology they need to succeed and serve as the first point of contact for technical issues while gaining hands-on experience in security and strategic IT projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent foundational knowledge).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication, with the ability to support colleagues empathetically.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for end-users, triaging and resolving Level 1 issues.
• Diagnose and fix software and hardware problems to maintain productivity.
• Onboard new employees through configuring equipment and software.
• Collaborate with the workplace team to manage in-office technology needs.
• Take ownership of IT projects and improve internal systems.
• Document processes and findings to build a knowledge base.
