You will diagnose hardware/software/network issues, configure devices, manage Microsoft 365/Active Directory, and contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT in a helpdesk or IT support role.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, and IT security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Escalate complex technical issues where required.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, support requests, and resolutions.
• Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures.
