Job summary

Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation to recruit an IT Support Engineer for its internal IT team. The role blends helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work across multiple sites.

You will provide 1st/2nd line support, manage Microsoft 365, AD and Azure, deploy end-user devices and assist with upgrades, migrations and IT projects while maintaining documentation and IT best practices.

Qualifications

• Previous IT support experience in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Experience with Intune and Azure environments.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
