MiniMed in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Proactive Services to help people with diabetes have better daily experiences. You will start with onboarding coaching and continue throughout the therapy journey, building confidence and loyalty.

You will work closely with internal partners to deliver coordinated support, guide carers to education and self-service tools, and help improve outreach programs while meeting KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year in customer service/support.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong communication, customer‑first mindset, proactive and organized.

• Deliver proactive outbound support at key stages of the therapy journey to build confidence.
• Guide people with diabetes and carers to education, resources, and self-service tools.
• Contribute to program and process improvements to enhance outreach effectiveness.
• Collaborate effectively within the team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Manage proactive outreach, follow-ups, and admin tasks while meeting KPIs.
