MiniMed in Watford is seeking a Swedish-speaking Customer Services Representative to provide first-line support for customers using our diabetes care devices. The role is hybrid, serving UK and international clients, requiring excellent English and Swedish communication.

You will resolve product questions, document feedback, maintain call quality, and liaise between sales and technical teams while delivering friendly, accurate service.

Qualifikationen

• Swedish required, plus proficient English both written and oral.
• 1–2 years work experience in a customer service environment.
• Full knowledge of systems and procedures acquired through prior work experience or education.

About The Role

We are looking for an independent, talented Customer Services Representative able to provide customer support to our customers using our equipment.

If you are a Swedish speaker, emotionally intelligent and empathetic, you may be our next support representative to join our dedicated customer services team in Watford on a hybrid basis. You will support our clients in Sweden who are using our devices for diabetes care, and you will be part of a wider team that speaks various languages – truly a global opportunity within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors and sales personnel, responding to product‑related questions and delivering safe and reliable technical support.
• Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
• Ensures on‑or‑above‑target compliance with call quality standards and manages time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow‑up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

Required Knowledge And Experience

• Swedish required, plus proficient English both written and oral.
• Full job knowledge of systems and procedures acquired through prior work experience or education.
• Effective multi‑tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during call).
• 1–2 years work experience in a customer service environment.
