Strategy Education Ltd is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in the Colchester area. A successful candidate will have a passion for teaching, confidence, and strong behaviour management.

A degree is required, with school-based experience preferred, ideally as a Cover Supervisor. You would need at least 6 months of relevant experience and recent UK-based experience aligned with the Secondary National Curriculum.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 6 months experience in a Cover Supervisor or similar post.
• Knowledge of the UK Secondary National Curriculum is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability to different classes and schools.
