Job summary

Paragon Home Healthcare is seeking a Compliance & HR Officer to own employee compliance, HR administration and training across a regulated care environment. You will manage trackers, run follow-ups and escalate where needed, ensuring processes are accurate, timely and well documented.

The role covers HR, compliance, training, audits and regulatory tasks, with hybrid working from our London head office. The successful candidate will contribute to safe, compliant care delivery while developing

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, compliance, recruitment or training in a process-driven environment.
• Healthcare experience not required; CIPD qualification not essential.
• Ability to learn Paragon's systems quickly and take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee compliance, personnel administration and HR processes.
• Maintain training compliance matrix and monitor mandatory training.
• Support investigations, regulatory reporting and compliance administration.
• Audit, monitor and improve HR/compliance processes and trackers.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Coordination and SMT to ensure seamless operations.
