Eton College is seeking a dedicated Chef to plan, prepare and present nutritionally balanced meals for a community of residents and visitors in a historic private residence. You will work with the Central Catering team to maintain high standards of food hygiene, dietary compliance and superb service during breakfast, lunch and supper.

This term-time role includes a maternity cover contract, 40 hours per week, six days out of seven, with holidays during school breaks.

Formación

• Experience as a chef in private households or high-volume catering.
• Knowledge of special diets and allergen labelling.
• Willingness to engage with residence life and wellbeing.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of residents.

• Plan and prepare daily meals with nutritional balance.
• Meet dietary needs and allergen requirements for residents.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Manage food ordering and stock control to minimise waste.
• Provide hospitality for visitors and VIP guests.
• Attend training and stay updated on food safety.
