Job summary

AWD Online in Stockport is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support private patients from enquiry through to treatment delivery. The role requires an organised, proactive communicator who can manage appointments, records and enquiries with care, while handling confidential information and providing excellent service.

Working with the Practice Manager and clinicians, you will coordinate patient administration, diaries and payments, assist with cross-site operations and cover reception

• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from private clients and referrals through to treatment support.
• Coordinate appointments and diary planning using SAP Business One.
• Maintain patient records and confidential information securely.
• Provide reception and cross-site admin support as needed.
• Assist with quotes, invoices and payments where relevant.
• Support clinic operations and daily activity with the Practice Manager.
• Contribute to projects and follow company procedures and safety standards.
