TARCG - The Aviation Recruitment & Consultant Group in London is seeking an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to join our growing aviation team. You will own the full charter lifecycle from enquiry and aircraft sourcing to pricing, negotiation and flight coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ brokerage experience, strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualificações

• 2+ years' private jet charter brokerage experience.
• Strong commercial and business development capability.
• Knowledge of aircraft, operators, charter pricing, end-to-end process.
• Confident managing demanding private and corporate clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexible to support clients outside standard office hours.
• Ambition to progress into senior/leadership roles as the division grows.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a portfolio of private and corporate clients.
• Source suitable aircraft and negotiate effectively with operators and suppliers.
• Manage complex and time-sensitive charter requirements.
• Develop strong relationships across the operator and supplier market.
• Monitor flights and support clients throughout the charter process.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and international exhibitions.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the Private Jet division.

Private Jet Charter Broker

London | £40,000-£45,000+ DOE | 10% Uncapped Commission | Hybrid

TARCG is recruiting an experienced Private Jet Charter Broker to join a growing private aviation business based in central London.

This is a commercially focused position for an established broker who can manage charter requirements end-to-end while actively developing new business and building long-term relationships with private and corporate clients.

You will take ownership of the full private jet charter lifecycle, from initial enquiry and aircraft sourcing through to pricing, negotiation, flight coordination and post-flight follow-up.

Alongside managing existing opportunities, you will be expected to proactively develop new business through your own network, outbound activity, referrals and relationship building.

You will also:
