Job summary

LivingCare Group is seeking a proactive Private Imaging Coordinator to manage the booking process for private and sports imaging services from Thorpe Park Head Office. You will be the first point of contact for patients, referrers and sports clubs, ensuring prompt, professional responses and efficient scheduling.

You will drive revenue by upselling services, building relationships with referrers and clients, and contributing to the commercial success of the private imaging function.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-line customer service or reception.
• Ability to identify opportunities to upsell services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage online and telephone booking of private and sports imaging services.
• Control waiting times and escalate where appropriate.
• Ensure delivery of company KPIs for private imaging.
• Respond to enquiries via email and telephone.
• Record customer details on the database as required.
• Complete all processes for booking appointments.
• Support development of private and sport imaging services.
• Promote private imaging and sports services to maximise bookings and revenue.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments using effective communication/sales techniques.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with referrers, patients and sports organisations.
• Support marketing/business development initiatives to grow the service.
• Monitor conversion rates and help improve sales performance metrics.
