Job summary

You will be a first point of contact for patients and referrers, guiding them with professionalism and empathy through appointment options and enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre, or busy office environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle high enquiry volumes with accuracy.

• Desire to develop product knowledge and contribute to team success.
• Healthcare setting experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
