Job summary

LivingCare Group in Leeds is seeking a Private Imaging Services Lead to oversee day-to-day administration for private imaging, referrals, bookings and diary management. You will work with the Imaging Manager and Lead of Sports Imaging Administration to ensure seamless private imaging services across LivingCare clinics.

You will provide line management, onboarding support and guidance to the imaging administration team, while driving process improvements and capacity planning to meet service

Qualifications

• Experience of clinical administration, preferably within imaging, private services or a healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of private imaging referral pathways, booking processes and clinic administration requirements.
• General understanding of sports imaging administration and how it interacts with wider imaging administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration workflow for private imaging referrals and appointments.
• Act as operational lead for private imaging administration processes and improve referral pathways and booking processes.
• Support the private services function by managing enquiries, referrals, bookings and follow-ups.
• Provide line management support for imaging administration team and escalate concerns.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction for imaging administration staff.
• Ensure imaging diaries are open and clinic lists are appropriately booked.
• Monitor utilisation and report issues to Imaging Manager.
• Support capacity planning and utilisation reporting.
• Collaborate with Lead of Sports Imaging Administration on utilisation trends and actions.
• Review referral and booking source information for service monitoring.
• Ensure payments related to private imaging are captured accurately.
