Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence (Category B) with a spotless driving history.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or private chauffeur role.
• Exceptional customer-service skills and guest-anticipation.
• Strong knowledge of the North Yorkshire area and navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Professional appearance and discretion.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual and discreet door-to-door transportation for guests, ensuring a first-class experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain the cleanliness, presentation and mechanical condition of the assigned vehicle in line with the hotel’s high standards.
• Coordinate closely with the concierge and front-office teams to anticipate guest needs, manage itineraries and arrange bespoke travel services.
• Handle luggage, personal items and any special requests with professionalism and care.
• Stay informed about local attractions, routes and traffic conditions to offer knowledgeable recommendations and optimise travel times.
• Uphold confidentiality, privacy and the highest level of service etiquette at all times.
• Adhere to all health, safety and regulatory requirements, including a clean driving record and valid UK licence.
