Pall Mall Medical in Newton-le-Willows is seeking a Hospital Bookings Administration Assistant to join our Hospital Bookings team. You’ll ensure smooth, safe, and enjoyable journeys for patients, partners and surgeons, handling administrative tasks and customer service.

You don’t need healthcare experience; we value your organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills, plus solid MS Office abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service environment with a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Efficient administration and office skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task under pressure.
• Proactive problem solving and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating surgical procedures and associated appointments.
• Liaising with anaesthetists, surgeons and theatre personnel.
• Liaising with partners and suppliers, ordering equipment.
• General hospital administration and invoicing support.
• Maintaining relationships with surgeons and partners; enabling a 5-star patient experience.
• Providing overall administrative support to the hospital bookings team.
