Pall Mall Medical in Manchester City Centre is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, direct them to the correct areas and handle admissions with five-star service. The role requires front-of-house experience and an interest in healthcare, ideally with NHS or private sector exposure.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional patient care and timely communication with GPs and specialists.

Formación

• Medical receptionist experience required or preferred.
• Front of house or receptionist experience in any industry.
• Experience in NHS or private healthcare is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes and greets patients at the clinic.
• Directs patients to appointment areas and manages admissions.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately; manage pathology results and letters.
