Job summary

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join the Private Client team in St Helier, Jersey. You will manage a select portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, supporting their investment and philanthropic activities with exceptional personal service.

Responsibilities include client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior staff. The role offers hybrid working, a private pension, private medical insurance, and regular salary reviews to support

Qualifications

3+ years' experience in trust and company administration within financial services.
Educated to A level or degree standard.
Willing to undertake professional qualifications such as STEP or CGI.

Responsibilities

Manage administration and accounting for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and structures.
Build trusted relationships with clients and advisers, delivering responsive, high-quality service.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and risk management standards.
Coordinate client reviews, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.
